Virtual consultations are subject to clinical suitability. Your pre-assessment helps me decide whether the concern you’re booking for can be safely assessed and managed virtually.
Where it helps, you’re welcome to share readings from reliable home equipment — a blood pressure monitor, a glucometer or a pulse oximeter. If your condition needs a particular measurement for safe management and that reading isn’t available, a virtual consultation may not be the right option for that concern.
If, after reviewing your pre-assessment, I feel your request isn’t safe or appropriate to manage virtually, I will decline it and you’ll receive a full refund of what you paid for that consultation. Payment never overrides clinical safety — and this is not treated as a cancellation by you.

You book a short video slot for pre-test counselling and sign the telemedicine consent. Dr. Stoni sends your lab form, and your result is shared only with you, privately, in the post-test call — never by public message. Other tests are not included.

Screening for tests other than HIV requires a virtual consultation, so Dr. Stoni can assess your symptoms, history and clinical needs before recommending the right tests — bloods (hormones, metabolic screen, cancer screening), urine, sputum and swabs, through Ampath & Lancet.
